Level 1 has more emphasis on form (more verbal instruction & positioning) but is still intense.
Level 2 has a quicker pace and more reps.
Students must have completed at least 10 classes
before entering Level 2. No first-time students in Level 2.
Mixed classes are a combination of Levels 1 and 2. All students may attend mixed classes.
